Dmitry Milyaev and Boris Ebzeev discussed the development of the electric grid complex of the Tula region

10.03.2025

Governor of the Tula Region Dmitry Milyaev held a working meeting with General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - management organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC Boris Ebzeev. The main topics were ensuring the reliability of the region’s electricity supply, the implementation of production programs and the formulation of long-term development plans.

It was noted that in 2024, the branch of Rosseti Centre - Tulenergo completed a program for repair of energy facilities and equipment worth RUB 1.13 billion. The work was completed in full according to the approved plan, with an overfulfillment of the overhaul of up to 175%. These measures ensured the successful passage of the current heating season: the number of failures in 6-110 kV networks from November to February decreased by 9%, compared to the same period of peak loads in 2023/2024.

The issue of consolidation of electric grid assets was separately addressed. The Governor designated Tulenergo as a system-forming territorial grid organization (STGO) in the region. As part of the implementation of the STGO institute, 6 gratuitous use agreements were concluded in relation to the electric grid facilities in the amount of 344 conventional units. In 2024, the branch registered the right of ownership to 11 ownerless electric grid facilities. The plans for the current year include the acceptance of municipal assets for gratuitous use, providing for the transmission of electricity, in the amount of 302 conventional units.

Dmitry Milyaev emphasized: “We are convinced that joint work with Rosseti Centre, PJSC will allow us to create reliable and modern energy infrastructure, which will become the basis for further socio-economic development of the region. Successes in reducing failures and increasing the reliability of power supply show that we are moving in the right direction”.

“It is extremely important for us to ensure stable and affordable power supply for all consumers in the Tula region. Our goal is to constantly improve the quality of services provided and implement modern technological solutions. We are grateful to the regional leadership for their support and are ready to continue working together to improve the energy infrastructure, taking into account the growing needs of the region”, said Boris Ebzeev.
