By the decision of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre of 12.12.2016 (Minutes #33/16 of 13.12.2016) the powers of the Central Purchasing Authority of the Company, elected by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company of 28.12.2015 (Minutes #27/15 of 29.12.2015), were terminated and the new membership of the Central Tender Commission of IDGC of Centre was approved.

D.V. Sklyarov — Deputy General Director for Investment of IDGC of Centre;
Deputy Chairman of the CTC:
S.N. Sharapov — Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of IDGC of Centre;
O.Y. Leonova – Leading specialist of methodology and procurement Office of Competition Policy and Procurement Department of IDGC of Centre (non-voting).
The Central Tender Commission works based on the Regulation on the Central Purchasing Authority. The work of the CTC is guided by the Unified Standard of purchases of PJSC «Rosseti» (Regulation about purchases), approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company (Minutes #27/15 of 29.12.2015).
