Rosseti Centre, PJSC – managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC published on the corporate website a presentation on the results of operations of the companies for 9 months of 2023

Based on the results of the publication of Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements (unaudited) for 9 months of 2023 under IFRS, Rosseti Centre, PJSC (ticker – MRKC) – managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC (ticker – MRKP) prepared and published on its corporate website a presentation with the operating results of the companies for the corresponding period and guidance for 2023. The presentation reflects the main financial and production indicators for 9 months of 2023, as well as forecast parameters of operating and investment activities in accordance with the companies’ approved Business Plans and Investment Program drafts.

As a result of the completed period, the companies’ production assets continued to increase, reflecting the results of the successful implementation of the Investment Programs. The growth in revenue for electricity transmission services for the company Rosseti Center, PJSC, with a decrease in net supply, was ensured by the indexation of tariffs for electricity transmission services; for the company Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC positive changes of net supply and revenue for electricity transmission services were noted, in this regard, both companies have seen a decrease in the level of electricity losses. The volume of connected capacity of the companies increased by more than 40%, which, together with the change in pricing for preferential categories of applicants, also had a positive effect on operating results. An additional factor in improving the operating performance was an increase in the number of applications for additional services in such areas as the implementation of projects for maintenance of power installations, the construction and repair of outdoor lighting networks, and the provision of turnkey grid connection services.

As a result of indexing tariffs for electricity transmission services, reducing losses, increasing revenue from core and other activities, as well as containing cost growth, it was possible to ensure an increase in EBITDA and net profit of the companies for 9 months of 2023 compared to the same period last year.
