The Rosseti Centre company published its financial statements for January-June 2026, prepared under RAS, net profit increased by 69%

According to the prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards statements for 6 months of 2026, net profit of Rosseti Centre, PJSC (the ticker – MRKC) in comparison with the first half of 2025 increased by 69%, having reached 7,9 bln RUB. The increase in the net profit compared to the same period in 2025 is due to an increase in revenue and measures taken to curb the rate of cost growth.

The Company’s revenue for January-June 2026 amounted to 79,4 bln RUB, including 74,1 bln RUB from provision of electricity transmission services. The growth in comparison with 1H 2025 was 14,0% and 14,7%, respectively. Expenses attributable to cost of sales increased by 12,7% to 66,5 bln RUB.

According to the Company’s performance results for January-June 2026, accounts receivable decreased by 2,7 bln RUB compared to the same period in 2025 and amounted to 10,9 bln RUB.
