Shares of IDGC of Centre transferred to the Second tier of the list of securities admitted to trading on Moscow Exchange

16 August 2017, Chairman of the Executive Board of PJSC Moscow Exchange (hereinafter – the Exchange) decided to transfer starting from 18 August 2017 shares of IDGC of Centre, PJSC from the Third tier section to the Second tier section of the List of securities admitted to trading on the Exchange. This decision was made in connection with the submission by IDGC of Centre of the relevant application with the attachment of supporting documents on compliance with the requirements of the Listing Rules, including the number of members of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre who meet the independence criteria established by the Listing Rules.

The return of shares of IDGC of Centre to the quotation list of securities admitted to trading on Moscow Exchange will help increase investors’ confidence in the company and positively affect the liquidity of the shares. IDGC of Centre will continue to work to raise the level of investment case and improve the corporate governance system to meet the best Russian and international standards.
