Attention to shareholders!

Starting in 2026, voting ballots will be sent to individuals registered in the register of shareholders of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and entitled to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders via the email address specified in their personal account information.

Voting ballots will NOT be sent by mail!

However, the service for amending personal account information, including the email address and/or bank details for dividend transfer, provided by JSC VTB Registrar, will be provided to shareholders of Rosseti Centre, PJSC free of charge.

Detailed information on updating personal data in the register of shareholders is available on the registrar’s website at https://www.vtbreg.ru/shareholder/operations/operations-109/ in the section “Shareholder Services/Changing Personal Account Information for a Registered Person” or by following this link.

We also inform you that, starting 1 September 2027, dividend payments to shareholders, whose shares are included in the register of shareholders of Rosseti Centre, PJSC, will be made exclusively by transferring funds to the bank accounts specified in the shareholders’ personal account information.

At the same time, Rosseti Centre, PJSC and JSC VTB Registrar will not be liable for any losses incurred by a shareholder due to non-receipt of dividends if the registered person fails to provide up-to-date information, including bank account details for transferring income from their securities.
