The activities of the General Meeting of Shareholders are regulated by the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” dated 26.12.1995 No. 208-FZ, the Articles of Association of Rosseti Centre, PJSC, as well as the Regulation on the General Meeting of Shareholders of Rosseti Centre, PJSC.
