The Board meeting, dedicated to summing up the results of the Companies’ activities for 9 months of 2024 and reviewing the forecast for the fulfillment of key indicators, was opened by Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre’s Group of Companies. The event was attended by heads of the executive office, branches and subsidiaries of the company, as well as trade union leaders.
Igor Makovskiy emphasized that today Rosseti Centre’s Group of Companies is 20 production branches and 19 controlled companies that provide uninterrupted, affordable electricity supply and services to more than 25 million residents of our country. During the reporting period, the Companies maintained a steady growth in production potential. Regardless of the dynamically changing external situation, all strategic goals for the 9 months were achieved.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of prompt restoration of energy infrastructure in the frontline districts of the Kursk region. In the context of the counter-terrorism regime and growing threats, the company has demonstrated high readiness to respond to all challenges. In this regard, the support of employees who selflessly, at risk to life and health, work in the Kursk borderland is of particular importance.
The head of the group of companies also announced that 2025 has been declared the year of “Memory and Glory” in the company and is dedicated to perpetuating the memory of the heroes who defended the freedom and independence of our Motherland throughout its history and who continue to protect it in the modern world.
“The power engineers are fulfilling their professional and civic duty, defending the Motherland together with their compatriots during the Special Military Operation. Their exploits have been appreciated by the President of the Russian Federation - 89 of our employees have been awarded for their courage and heroism, 18 of whom are holders of the Order of Courage and the Cross of St. George. We infinitely appreciate their contribution to ensuring security and are proud of each of them”, said Igor Makovskiy.
