Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, held an operational meeting dedicated to the companies’ performance in the first half of the year and their objectives for the second half of 2026. Key aspects of production activities were discussed during the meeting, including the implementation of energy facility maintenance and repair programs, investment project implementation, preparation for the autumn-winter period, and industrial safety issues.
In the first six months of 2026, branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region fully completed their planned activities under the electric grid maintenance and repair program. All targets for wire and insulator replacement, transformer substation repair, and switchgear repair were met.
A significant amount of work has been carried out to clear routes of overhead power lines from trees and shrubs: the first-half plan has been fulfilled by 139%. The Kirovenergo, Tverenergo and Udmurtenergo branches demonstrated the highest results in this area.
Participants of the meeting also reviewed the results of investment programs. Rosseti Centre achieved 113.1% of the facility commissioning schedule for the first half of the year, while Rosseti Centre and Volga region achieved 107.8%.
Special attention was paid to preparing energy facilities for the autumn-winter period. Discussions included staffing levels for repair and restoration crews, emergency stockpiles, and the availability of equipment and materials for operation under winter peak loads.
Measures to improve industrial safety were also discussed during the meeting. Priority areas include the implementation of the Safety Culture Regulation, strengthening oversight of personnel training and work organization at third-party facilities, completing the automation of occupational safety processes, and further developing the internal technical control system.
“In summary, I would like to note that the companies have achieved the required pace in the key production and investment areas. In the second half of the year, the priorities remain ensuring reliable power supply to consumers, high-quality preparation for the autumn-winter period, and the timely completion of all activities outlined in the production and investment programs. I would also like to emphasize the prevention of occupational injuries: preventing accidents is the personal responsibility of the branch managers,” noted Boris Ebzeev.
