Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region will invest RUB 63.3 billion in developing the electric grid complex in the regions where they operate in 2026.

The investment program funding for Rosseti Centre will amount to RUB 31.8 billion in the regions, and RUB 31.5 billion for Rosseti Centre and Volga region.

The allocated funds will be used for comprehensive infrastructure upgrades, including the modernization and new construction of 5,800 km of power lines of various voltage classes, as well as the commissioning of approximately 1,500 MVA of transformer capacity.

Priority projects include the construction of 110 kV substations to improve the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers in the Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod regions and the Udmurt Republic.

A key focus of the investment program will be the development of electric grid infrastructure to ensure grid connections for large industrial consumers, socially significant facilities, and residential development.

“The 2026 investment program will allow us to maintain the pace of grid infrastructure renewal despite ongoing macroeconomic challenges. We are focusing resources on priority areas: grid connections for large industrial consumers, housing and social development facilities, as well as the development and modernization of distribution networks. This approach ensures a balance between current customer obligations and strategic objectives to improve the reliability of electricity supply,” noted Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.

Implementation of the planned measures will improve the reliability and quality of electricity supply to consumers and create the technical conditions for the commissioning of new capacity necessary for the sustainable economic development of the regions.
