Igor Makovskiy at a meeting of the Headquarters of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region decided on additional social protection for employees of border Distribution Zones

12 May 2022 General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC Igor Makovskiy held a meeting of the Headquarters to ensure additional social protection of personnel in border Distribution Zones of the branches Bryanskenergo, Belgorodenergo, Voronezhenergo, Kurskenergo and the subsidiary of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - JSC Bryanskelectro.

The head of the energy companies signed an order on additional payments to 2,034 employees who perform their labour duties in border areas under conditions of particular risk. An order was also signed on recording in the length of service one month of work for two.

Igor Makovskiy thanked the power engineers, emphasizing the merits of the specialists who organized the construction of the 110 kV overhead line and ensured the supply of electricity from the Belgorod region to the Kharkov region. This made it possible to restore power supply to residents of Kupyansk and 200 settlements, where more than 120 thousand people live.

Also, within the framework of the meeting of the Headquarters, a decision was made to implement additional measures aimed at increasing the level of social protection of the energy company’s personnel. Among them: monthly additional payments to all employees of border Distribution Zones, one-time material assistance to an employee in case of injury in the amount of 3 million rubles, and to the family of an employee in the event of his death in the line of duty in the amount of 5 million rubles.

“We are doing everything to ensure the safety of our employees in the extreme conditions that have developed in the border areas. At the same time, it is equally important to increase the level of social protection of the Companies’ employees and guarantee the stability of their financial condition. It is on these people that the quality and reliability of the functioning of the power grid complex, and hence the fulfillment of the nationwide tasks assigned to us, depend,” Igor Makovskiy emphasized.
