Over 45,000 facilities were connected to power grids of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region

Since the beginning of 2026, specialists from Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region have completed the grid connection of 45,825 facilities with a total capacity of 1.1 GW.

Rosseti Centre connected 22,089 facilities, providing consumers with a total connected capacity of 537.6 MW. Key projects included:

• a regional children’s hospital in Yaroslavl, with a maximum connected capacity of 1.3 MW;
• a new wing of the city hospital in Belgorod, with a maximum capacity of 2.4 MW;
• asphalt and starch plants in the Orel region (1.5 MW and 0.6 MW, respectively).

In addition, the grid company provided power supply to schools, kindergartens and other educational institutions in the Belgorod, Tambov, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Kostroma and Smolensk regions, with a total connected capacity of 3 MW.

Specialists from Rosseti Centre and Volga region connected another 23,736 facilities with a total capacity of 535.4 MW to power grids. Major projects included:

• the “Malinovaya Gryada” waterworks facility in the Nizhny Novgorod region, with a connected capacity of 3 MW, bringing the facility’s total capacity to 11 MW;
• the Volga-Vyatka Main Branch building of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (connected capacity of 1 MW) in Nizhny Novgorod;
• a blood plasma fractionation and high-tech pharmaceutical production plant with a maximum capacity of 5 MW in the Ryazan region;
• a production site for Russia’s first manufacturing line for modular wedge-lock scaffolding (4 MW) in the Udmurt Republic.

In 2026, power engineers from Rosseti Centre and Volga region also connected over 200 agricultural facilities with a total capacity of 21.7 MW.

Behind every connected facility lies a specific objective: launching new production, building housing, or developing social or other infrastructure vital to the region. At the same time, the volume and nature of applications reveal which economic sectors are currently driving the highest demand for new electrical capacity.
