Heads of the Rosseti Centre and AtomEnergoSbyt companies discussed issues of bilateral cooperation

General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy and General Director of JSC AtomEnergoSbyt Peter Konyushenko held a working meeting. The heads of the energy companies discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the regions where the supplier of last resort is present - the Kursk, Smolensk and Tver regions.

Today, Rosseti Centre and AtomEnergoSbyt are actively implementing digital solutions and developing services aimed at improving the quality of interaction between the companies and electricity consumers.

“The implementation of the concept of digital transformation is our priority in the near future. Cooperation and exchange of experience in this area will certainly help accelerate the large-scale implementation of digital technologies and solutions and achieve the effects of this activity, increase the reliability of power supply and significantly expand the range of value-added services for consumers,” stressed Igor Makovskiy.
“A high level of customer services and their further digitalization is one of the main directions of energy development. I’m sure that productive joint activities will allow to improve the quality of services provided to the population,” emphasized Peter Konyushenko.

A separate discussion issue was the implementation of smart metering systems, which will receive new development in July 2020 in accordance with Federal Law No. 522. Positive examples of the implementation of digital systems in the electric grid complex have already been recorded based on a pilot project that was executed in the Tver region.
