Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region summed up the implementation of the repair program for the four months of 2020. Key activities of the company’s document are carried out in excess of planned targets.
2,898 transformer substations of 0.4/6-10 kV and 10,093 km of overhead and cable power lines of 0.4-110 kV were repaired, which is 126% and 125% to the plan, respectively. 8,937 hectares of routes of overhead lines were cleared (174% of the planned indicators). Repair of 13 power transformers of 35-110 kV was carried out. 2.8 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of the repair program in January-April.
Work has begun at a number of large and significant power supply centres of 35-110 kV: the substations “Borisovka”, “Vostochnaya” and “Ledovaya” in the Belgorod region, “Ivanovskaya 6” in the Ivanovo region, “Raduga” in the Voronezh region, and “Zapadnaya” in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The “Borisovka” substation provides power supply to more than 25 thousand residents of the Borisovsky district, facilities of the agricultural holding “BEZRK-Belgrankorm” and the group of companies “Agro-Belogorye”. Other Belgorod substations, “Vostochnaya” and “Ledovaya” in the city of Gubkin, feed, respectively, 2.5 thousand inhabitants of the “Zhuravliki” micro-district, as well as the boiler house of the same name and the ice palace.
About 100 thousand residents of the city of Ivanovo and the Ivanovsky district and a number of large consumers, including the operator of the Ivanovo airport - Centre Avia LLC, JSC Ivanovo City Electric Grid, urban and agricultural industrial enterprises, are supplied from the “Ivanovskaya 6” substation. The Nizhny Novgorod substation “Zapadnaya” provides electricity to more than 100 thousand residents of the city of Dzerzhinsk, as well as a number of industrial facilities, including the Liebherr-Nizhny Novgorod plant (Liebherr group of companies), which produces components for construction equipment, and the manufacturer of industrial explosives - the FSE “Plant named after Y.M. Sverdlov”. Among the consumers of the Voronezh substation “Raduga” there are about 10 thousand inhabitants of the Novousmansky district, the Olsam oil extraction plant and the Ski Training Centre.
“The repair program is an essential component of preparing the power grid complex for winter. The entire team of many thousand people of our company is aimed at fulfilling all its points and provisions unconditionally and in a timely manner, in strict accordance with the goals and objectives that the industry’s management sets before us,” stressed General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.
In total, over the course of the year, power engineers of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region are planning major repairs of 12.2 thousand transformer substations and 47 thousand kilometres of overhead lines of 0.4-110 kV. Equipment repair will also be carried out at power centres of 35-110 kV. 31.2 thousand hectares of routes of overhead lines will be cleared of woody and shrubbery vegetation. In total, 11.6 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the repair program.
