15 April 2020

General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy and Governor of the Bryansk Region Alexander Bogomaz held a workshop via videoconference. The head of the energy company informed the head of the region about the current situation and the functioning of Rosseti Centre’s electric grid complex in the region in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection.

According to Igor Makovskiy, power engineers of the branch “Rosseti Centre Bryanskenergo” in this situation took a number of special measures to ensure reliable electricity supply to consumers in the region. Their implementation is coordinated by the operational Headquarters of the company and the Headquarters of the branch in continuous coordination with the operational Headquarters to counter the coronavirus of the Bryansk region. Please, be reminded that the task of ensuring such a clear and constant interaction between the energy companies and constituent entities of the Federation was set by the head of Rosseti’s Group Pavel Livinskiy.

Despite the difficult conditions that have arisen as a result of the pandemic, the power engineers of Bryanskenergo still provide reliable energy supply to healthcare facilities, large industrial, agricultural and social enterprises. Under the introduced restrictive measures, when the majority of citizens are at home, the power engineers exercise special control over the quality of electricity supplied to household consumers.

Remote provision of all services provided by the Rosseti Centre company to consumers was ensured. A decision was made on an accelerated, within no more than 10 days, regulatory deadline for connection of life support facilities to electric grids.

Igor Makovskiy emphasized that the energy company is clearly complying with the order of Director General of Rosseti’s Group Pavel Livinskiy to unconditionally comply with the deadlines for preparing for the 2020-2021 autumn-winter period and the timely implementation of all activities of the repair program regardless of the current conditions.

“Regardless of the current situation, our company will fully comply with all obligations to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the Bryansk region,” said the head of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.

Alexander Bogomaz thanked Igor Makovskiy for the clear and coordinated work of the region’s power engineers.

“Your company has been our reliable partner for many years. I am sure it will continue to be so. By joining forces, we will be able to successfully pass the current test,” the head of the Bryansk region said in conclusion.
