A powerful impulse is being formed for the socio-economic development of a number of subjects of our country. The new grid control centres will enable energy supply management at a qualitatively new level for more than 2.2 million residents, and modern comfortable customer service centres, which today will open their doors to first visitors, will be able to serve more than 50 thousand people a year and offer new services,” stressed the head of Rosseti, Pavel Livinskiy, in his report.

Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region commissioned three modernized digital facilities for operational and technological management: the City Dispatch Centre of Belgorodenergo and the Grid Control Centres of Bryanskenergo and Marienergo.

Dispatch points are organized on the basis of a fundamentally new managerial structure of operational and technological management, which provides for the reduction of grid facilities management levels, full automation of processes and, as a result, reduction of time for eliminating technological violations and taking customer services to a new level. The City Dispatch Centre of Belgorodenergo will manage grids of the city of Belgorod and the Belgorodsky district, the Grid Control Centres of Bryanskenergo and Marienergo - grid facilities of their regions. The dispatch control from Distribution Zones will be transferred here.

All centres are equipped with digital communication channels and modern information systems that allow real-time monitoring of the state of electric grid facilities, see the flow of electric energy and power, analyze the parameters of electric power quality, current voltage data at consumers’ premises, and coordinate the work of on-site and repair crews.

General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy noted the effective cooperation of the power engineers with the leaders of the regions where the new power facilities were opened. “Effective interaction with Governors allows us to successfully implement large-scale projects, increasing the reliability of electricity supply, bringing the electric power industry to a new level of development.
