Igor Makovskiy conducted a sudden emergency training of power engineers in the Tula region

General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, Igor Makovskiy, during a working trip to regions of the Central Federal District, conducted a sudden emergency training in Aleksinsky Distribution Zone of “Rosseti Centre and Volga Tulenergo”. The head of the company checked the readiness of personnel, technical facilities and equipment of the production unit to eliminate a failure in electric grids and to quickly restore power supply to social facilities and life support facilities of Aleksinsky district. During the training, a scenario of the development of a complex technological violation was launched, to the elimination of which, in addition to the forces and means of Aleksinsky Distribution Zone, crews and reserve sources of power supply from other Tulenergo’s Distribution Zones were involved.

“Such events are extremely important and relevant for us. Unscheduled sudden inspections contribute to increasing the level of staff mobility and resistance to stress, improving the skills of clear and coordinated actions in unusual situations. Now we intend to continue to apply this unique format in all regions of our activity,” stressed Igor Makovskiy as a result of the exercises.

In addition to conducting the sudden training, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region inspected the general condition of Aleksinsky Distribution Zone. Based on the results of these events, the head of the company instructed the management of the Tula branch and production unit to develop a plan of corrective measures aimed at strengthening its material and technical base, further improving warning and communication systems and reducing the response time to technological violations. Igor Makovskiy’s visit to Aleksinsky Distribution Zone ended with a meeting with its team.
