In the Administration of the Vladimir region, a working meeting was held between Governor Vladimir Sipyagin and General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization Rosseti Centre and Volga Region* Igor Makovskiy. The parties discussed topical issues of the transition of the region’s electric grid complex to a digital work format.
At the beginning of the meeting, Igor Makovskiy congratulated Governor and residents of the region on an important date - the 75th anniversary of the Vladimir region and thanked for the attention that the region’s leadership pays to the company’s activities.
The head of the electric grid company confirmed that, in the framework of the signed agreement with the Administration of the Vladimir region, from 2019 to 2021, 3 digital Distribution Zones (Suzdalsky, Sudogodsky, Aleksandrovsky) will be created in the region, in which reconstruction and automation of the 6-10 kV distribution grid will be carried out.
In addition, the power engineers have already launched the process of installing an electric energy storage system in the village of Pavlovskoye of Suzdalsky district to ensure the reliability of power supply to a socially significant facility - the Pavlovsky village first-aid station. The implementation of this project, provided for by the first stage of the Digital Transformation Concept, is aimed at eliminating interruptions in power supply during emergency repair work on power lines. The project implementation period is December 2019. Also, within the framework of the Concept, in the branch “Rosseti Centre Vladimirenergo” work is underway to equip vehicles with the GPS/GLONASS system, a digital radio communication system is being created, which will increase the efficiency and quality of work to eliminate technological violations.
“All previously reached agreements under the Agreement are implemented in strict accordance with the approved “roadmap”. Regarding the implementation of measures, we have completed all the basic design and survey works and have begun their practical implementation. During this year, we are completing the implementation of the Digital Distribution Zone project on the basis of Suzdalsky Distribution Zone,” Igor Makovskiy emphasized.
In turn, Governor of the Vladimir region Vladimir Sipyagin noted the effective and efficient work of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region in the region and thanked for the implementation of the main projects contributing to the development of the region’s electric grid complex. “The company of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Vladimirenergo not only systematically improves the quality of power supply to consumers, the availability of services, but also implements projects of public importance,” stressed the head of the region.
