Head of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy visited the Vladimir region

General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region* Igor Makovskiy made a working trip to the Vladimir region.

General Director of the company visited the Grid Control Centre of Vladimirenergo and inspected the implementation of the project to create the Unified Grid Control Centre on the basis of the branch as part of the implementation of the Digital Transformation Concept. The UGCC will be equipped with digital communication channels and information systems, which will allow online monitoring of the state of electric grid facilities, analyze the parameters of electric power quality, and coordinate the work of first responding mobile and repair crews. The UGCC creation will bring grid management to a whole new level - the competencies of managing the region’s transmission and distribution grid will be concentrated at one point. Construction and installation works are planned for 2020-2021.

In the framework of the meeting of Igor Makovskiy with the labour team of the branch “Vladimirenergo”, the head of the company introduced Ivan Yanin to the staff, who will act as the director of the branch in the Vladimir region.

Communicating the staff decision to the team, Igor Makovskiy described the new head of the branch of Vladimirenergo as a young manager and highly qualified professional with the necessary experience and knowledge to achieve the goals set for the region’s electric grid complex.

“Ivan Yanin has gone from an electrician to a senior manager for 11 years. This suggests that he is a real fighter and, of course, a man very devoted to his work. I am sure that the competence of the new leader will help bring the branch to a new level,” the head of the company stressed.

Also, at the working meeting with the team, Igor Makovskiy summed up the branch’s production activities, after which he acquainted the employees and the new branch manager with the priorities of the Company’s activities for the near future. Among them, the head of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region especially noted the implementation of the concept of digital transformation, optimizing operating expenses, reducing the level of receivables, including those accumulated during the implementation of the function of the supplier of last resort, increasing the manageability and reliability of grid infrastructure facilities, reducing failure rates and grid losses.
