Specialists of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region accepted over 900 thousand customer requests in the first half of the year

Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region* summed up the results of work with customers in the first half of the year. During this period, specialists from the customer interaction unit of the companies received 903 thousand customer requests. 180 thousand requests were submitted personally when visiting customer service offices, the rest were sent via the Internet and the company’s contact centre.

“We systematically work to improve the quality and accessibility of our services to customers. Much attention is paid to the development of correspondence services - this work is carried out as part of the Digital Transformation Concept. It implies, in particular, large-scale modernization of equipment of contact centres, the development of interactive modern communication channels, the provision of technical conditions for receiving 100% of customer requests from all regions of our activity,” emphasized General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.

About 157 thousand calls were related to grid connection services, about 85 thousand calls - providing value-added services. At the same time, the share of grid connection applications submitted in electronic form over the past five months showed significant growth: by 42% for Rosseti Centre and 32% for Rosseti Centre and Volga Region. The revenue of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region from value-added services in the first half of the year amounted to 802 million rubles, which is 83 million rubles higher than the aggregate parameters of the business plans of the companies.

In the first half of the year, Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region received about 12 thousand pieces of feedback from customers about the quality of work and resolving issues related to energy supply.
