Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region summed up the work on connection to electric grids for four months of 2019. In the reporting period, the Company concluded 22,698 grid connection agreements, executed 17,958 contracts. The total connected capacity under the executed contracts amounted to 343 MW, the total revenue from the grid connections - 602 million rubles.
“Providing the regions with the necessary volume of capacity is one of the most important directions of our activity. Thus, we contribute to the socio-economic development of territories and increase their investment attractiveness; we are supporting the implementation of state programs designed to solve topical problems of residents of 20 Russian regions,” emphasizes Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.
In January-April, the company connected to the power grids a number of enterprises and facilities that are important for the socio-economic development of the regions of its activity (20 constituent entities of the Russian Federation). In the Kursk region, the output of 2 MW of NPO “Composite”, the largest producer of slurry pipelines for hydromechanization and the mining complex, was provided. In the Ivanovo region, a grid connection was made to LLC “Verkhnevolzhsky Metal Service Centre”, specializing in production and processing of rolled metal products that are in demand in Russia and the near abroad.
Significant amount of work was carried out in terms of connection to the grids of facilities of the agro-industrial complex. In addition, the company continues to contribute to the development of housing construction in the regions. In the Tambov region, in April, the grid connection of the “Sloboda” micro-district in the northern part of the regional centre Tambov was completed - ten residential buildings for 700 apartments with a total residential area of about 13.5 thousand square metres. And in Ryazan, the large residential complex “Sheremetyevsky Quarter”, built as part of the state program “Dwelling”, which is aimed at creating an eco-friendly, comfortable and affordable housing market for most citizens, was connected to the grid.
