In 2026, 295 students entered into targeted training agreements with Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region - 24% more than last year. In total, 708 future power engineers are studying at various faculties and courses at universities and secondary vocational education organizations under the companies’ targeted agreements.
Targeted training is the training of specialists for the real tasks of the company: the student receives support and practice from the future employer, and in return undertakes to work for a set period.
At each stage, students are accompanied by a mentor - an experienced specialist who introduces them to production, helps them get involved in practical tasks, and offers participation in student energy teams and professional competitions. As a result, graduates come to work with applied skills and an understanding of the specifics of the industry.
Since the beginning of 2026, Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region have employed 412 university and college graduates. Of these, 287 people had previously completed internships or worked in student energy teams at the companies’ sites.
This approach allows us to build a continuous system of training young specialists - from training and first practical experience to employment and further professional development in the companies.
