IDGC of Centre became a prize winner of the XXI Annual Report Competition organized by the Moscow Exchange and the media group “Securities Market”

The Annual Report of IDGC of Centre, PJSC for 2017 became the winner of the XXI Annual Competition of annual reports in the main nomination “The Best Annual Report of the Company with a capitalization of up to 40 billion rubles”.

This year, 122 Russian and foreign companies took part in the competition of annual reports. The jury consisted of 16 experts - representatives of large investment funds, leading financial analysts, corporate governance specialists, delegates of professional organizations and employees of regulatory bodies. Members of the jury attributed the effective presentation of information about the Company's investment history, the application of best practices in various areas of activity, development strategy and digitalization to the strengths of the report of IDGC of Centre, PJSC. According to experts, the report provides information that allows key stakeholders to form a full-fledged vision of the company’s activities and prospects for its development.

Over the long history of its work, the competition of annual reports has become a traditionally significant and important event for the professional investment community. Evaluation of annual reports by leading industry experts reveals their strengths and weaknesses, as well as emphasizing the desire of issuers for informational openness, which, of course, contributes to increasing the investment case and business reputation of companies.
