Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A joint meeting of specialists and operators of the Grid Control Centre and operators on duty of the Crisis Management Centre of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Tambov region was held in the Grid Control Centre (GCC) of IDGC of Centre – Tambovenergo division. Participants of the event discussed cooperation within the framework of the Agreement on the order of interaction between the regional department of the Ministry of Emergencies and Tambovenergo signed in 2014.
The power engineers acquainted the representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations with the work of the Grid Control Centre and the software and hardware of operational management used there, told about the vertical of making management decisions in IDGC of Centre aimed at preventing and liquidating major technological violations.
Discussing the implementation of the current Agreement, representatives of Tambovenergo and the Ministry of Emergencies touched upon the issues of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of cooperation in the collection and exchange of information. They also talked about the prospects for the development of cooperation.
Tambovenergo and the EMERCOM of Russia in the Tambov region interact systematically in the process of emergency recovery operations in the region, in the event of emergency and failure situations. In addition, the parties regularly conduct joint exercises to improve the promptness of eliminating technological violations.
