In 2017, IDGC of Centre continues to participate in projects that are important for the socio-economic development of regions of its service area (11 subjects of the Central Federal District). In addition to grid connection of large industrial facilities and social infrastructure facilities, the company provides electricity to housing, built as part of the implementation of federal and regional government programs. This work covers many territories of its service area.
In the Kursk region IDGC of Centre, within the federal target program "Housing for the Russian family", will connect five multifamily houses built in the city of Kurchatov to the grid. The work will be completed already in the second quarter, the total supply capacity for these facilities will be about 1.37 MW. The company also contributes to the implementation of the targeted regional program for construction of rental housing for employees of Sudzhansky DRSU and large agro-industrial enterprises of the region - the companies "Agrosil" and "Nadezhda". In the plans of the power company for 2017 – to connect to the grid the second stage of the cottage community (122 houses), which is being built for this program in Sudzhansky district. The total customer contract demand of the facility is 332 kW.
Specialists of the Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre in the framework of regional targeted programs for resettlement of citizens from emergency housing and construction of housing for orphans and children left without parental care will ensure by September the electricity supply of three apartment buildings with a total connected capacity of 244 kW built in the cities of Alekseyevka and Stary Oskol of the Belgorod region. The branch of Tverenergo will carry out work on the grid connection of the residential complex "Mamulino 3" (964 kW), which is being built in Tver under the federal program of mortgage lending.
The branch of Tambovenergo continues work on the grid connection of individual residential buildings located in the new micro-district "Maisky" in the northern part of the regional centre. It is conducted within the framework of the Program of State Support for Large Families in the Russian Federation, involving the allocation of land plots on a free basis for individual housing construction and private plot activities. In total, since 2014, about 2,000 sites have been formed in the "Maisky" micro-district, occupying the territory of 364 hectares, more than 700 of them have already been distributed according to the terms of the program.
At the moment, more than three hundred requests for grid connection have been submitted to the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre by the applicants, who received the sites in the "Maisky" micro-district. Under 241 requests the work has been completed in full, the rest are in different stages of execution.
As part of the power supply for the new micro-district facilities, the power company installed 23 pole-mounted transformer substations with a total capacity of 2.3 MVA, constructed 45 km of 10/0.4 kV overhead power lines. In addition to residential buildings, in the "Maisky" micro-district it is planned to build a kindergarten, a medical centre and other social infrastructure facilities. More than two and a half thousand people will live there.
