In accordance with the business plan of IDGC of Centre and pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law N 426-FZ "On special assessment of working conditions" in 2016 a special assessment of working conditions was carried out in 8 branches of the company, including a set of measures for the identification of hazards in the working environment and assessment of their impact on employees. In total, about 7,000 jobs were examined.
Such an assessment of working conditions is carried out in IDGC of Centre at intervals established by the Russian Federation legislation. As regulated by the normative documents in each branch a commission on the special assessment of working conditions was established from among representatives of the employer and a representative of the primary trade union organization. In 2017, the examination will continue.
According to the head of the occupational safety office Elena Kalinina: "The results of the special assessment is the basis for the evaluation of levels of occupational risks, the development and implementation of measures aimed at improving working conditions, establishment of guarantees and compensations to employees."
