IDGC of Centre’s young specialist became a graduate of "the Governor’s Reserve School" in the Tambov region

An engineer of relay protection and emergency control of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Ilya Astafyev successfully completed the training in the program of innovative management staff for the real economy of the Tambov region in the framework of the project "the Governor’s Reserve School". Together with colleagues from the industry group "Energy and Utilities" the power engineer developed the innovative project "Improving the quality of water supply of social facilities through the use of high-performance nano-modified materials". Ilya’s work and contribution was highly appreciated by the expert council of "the Governor’s Reserve School" under the guidance of the Head of the Tambov Region Administration Alexander Nikitin. "Professionalism, ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the end result, commitment and perseverance of Ilya Astafyev allow to recommend him as a perspective employee who is ready to promote his own initiatives and practical implementation of the results of innovative research and development," says the letter of recommendation signed by the head of the region issued to Tambovenergo’s young specialist after graduation.

The project "the Governor’s Reserve School" from 2011 has been implemented the Tambov Region Administration. Its goal is the creation of regional strategic human resource capable of providing innovative development of the real sector of the economy of the Tambov region. The project participants are young scientists, students and administrators who work in the Tambov region: as part of industry groups they receive theoretical and practical training on their specialty from leading Russian economists, undergo training at large enterprises. At the final stage of the study the groups are engaged in the development of innovative projects in their areas, which are evaluated by the expert council under the leadership of the region head. During the course of the program about 230 representatives of companies, organizations and bodies of executive power of the Tambov region have been trained under it. According to the local media, most of them in the end were able to achieve their work career growth.
