The collective agreement of IDGC of Centre was highly praised

IDGC of Centre – Bryanskenergo division became the winner of the city contest "The best collective agreement of the city of Bryansk" held by the administration of the regional centre. The company excelled in the category among large and medium-sized organizations of the non-budgetary sector of the economy with the number of employees over 250 people.

Bryanskenergo, as all other branches of the company, has a single collective agreement of IDGC of Centre in place. It is a guarantor of social stability in the enterprise, a local regulatory - legal act regulating the issues of social - labour relations, providing jobs for workers with wages in accordance with labour contracts, attracting and retaining skilled workers, providing them with additional benefits and guarantees.

Much attention in the document is given to raising the professional level of employees. So, in 2015 Bryanskenergo had 1,277 workers retrained – it is more than 60% of the payroll of the enterprise. In addition, staff of the branch can improve their skills by learning in specialized schools: this was made possible thanks to cooperation agreements signed by Bryanskenergo with a number educational institutions in the region. These particularly include the National Research University "MPEI" (branch in the city of Smolensk).

An important place in the collective agreement of IDGC of Centre is taken by occupational safety and health - the direction which the life and health of workers depends on. The document also envisages a set of measures of social support for different categories of employees: industry veterans, retirees, young professionals. IDGC of Centre reimburses costs of maintaining employees’ children in kindergartens, resort treatment of employees and their families, as well as voluntary medical insurance. In certain cases (for example, marriage and birth of a child) employees are provided with material assistance.

"The collective agreement of IDGC of Centre takes full account of the norms of the Branch tariff agreement in the electric power industry of the Russian Federation. It is important to note the fact that its key provisions were formed on the basis of social partnership, in keeping with the position of the primary trade union organization, fully reflecting the interests of the company’s employees. Through this approach, the document contributes greatly to the quality problem solving for regulation of social and labour relations in the Company, ensuring a decent level of social protection of its employees," stresses Chairman of the primary trade union organization of IDGC of Centre Victor Ablezgov.
