"Our company is pursuing an active policy aimed at attracting and retaining young professionals. Activities such as KVN games allow young people to build constructive and more importantly friendly relationship with each other, which further has a positive effect on solving production problems," stressed Inna Gromova.

"Given that the involvement of our employees in such events has a positive effect on corporate culture and increases the staff loyalty to the company, then maybe we with colleagues from MOESK should think about a joint Cup Game of KVN, where the best teams from each company will already have to fight for a prize," at the end noted Inna Gromova.
