Hotline of power engineering specialists:
IDGC of Centre’s team in the corporate stream "Rosseti" from 12.07 to 18.07 participated in the V-th international youth forum of power engineers and industrialists, held in the Kaluga region. The team was formed from the youth leaders of branches of IDGC of Centre. During the forum representatives of IDGC of Centre took part in a business game "Star Ore", which was aimed at manifestation participants of systemic thinking and teamwork competencies. The team members were involved in the development of the youth policy of the Group of Companies "Rosseti" and also took part in the training "IDP - an instrument for achieving development goals" and the development of individual development plans (IDP).
Within the forum the debate club "Effective strategies of Russia" worked. 30 teams were formed from its participants. The teams competed in the approval or denial of various theses concerning the effective development of Russia. In the final round of the debate - club the team "777" won a landslide victory, which included Alexey Magon (Smolenskenergo) and Sergey Saenko (Belgorodenergo).
