According to the decision of the Dissertation Board of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia General Director of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws.
Oleg Isaev is an author of more than 35 publications in the field of law, including a monograph on crime prevention in economic areas related to criminal establishment of control over the management and assets of an enterprise, criminal and criminological problems of struggle against crimes committed by criminal establishment of control over the management and assets of an enterprise, criminal responsibility for crimes committed at early stages of the criminal establishment of control over the management and assets of an enterprise.
