IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division in the first half of 2014 provided electricity for about one thousand sites of individual developers in the Belgorod region. Work is being performed in the framework of the regional long-term program "Engineering improvement of micro-districts of mass individual housing construction", the scope of which is annually approved by a resolution of the Government of the Belgorod region. Belgorodenergo constructed over 70 km of power lines of 0.4-10 kV and installed 15 package transformer substations with a total capacity of 3.75 MW to power supply the plots for individual housing construction. It made it possible, in particular, to provide electricity to the expanding neighbourhood "South-west 2.2" in Belgorod.

In total, according to the plan, this year Belgorodenergo’s specialists will provide electricity to 1,921 housing construction plots, constructing for a total of about 150 km of new power lines and installing around 40 new transformer substations with a total capacity of 6 MW.
