Experts of IDGC of Centre took part in an international exhibition

Experts of IDGC of Centre took part in the 21st International Exhibition for Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Technology and Electronics "Electro-2012". The exhibition was supported by the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Trade, under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation and the Moscow government. The exhibition was attended by 450 companies, organizations and enterprises from 26 countries worldwide. Companies from Germany, Spain, Italy, China and the Czech Republic had their national expositions and joint booths.

Traditionally, the attention of professionals and consumers was taken by the latest achievements electrical industry: equipment, advanced energy saving technologies and materials, power systems of new generation, as well as innovative projects and developments.

Power engineers of IDGC of Centre, above all, got familiar with new developments for 0.4-10 kV distribution networks, with power supply equipment for residential and public buildings, industrial plants. Specialists of the Company paid particular attention to innovations in the production of package gas-insulated switchgear devices for medium voltage, solutions for electricity metering, automation, and improvement of the observability of electrical networks, switching equipment and cables and conductors.

Much of the presented at the exhibition - cables with XLPE insulation, vacuum and gas-insulated switchgear equipment, advanced instrumentation and cabinet products - are already actively used in IDGC of Centre. At the same time each year appearing at the exhibition new solutions and developmets are of interest for the Company's experts.
