IDGC of Centre invites customers to participate in a survey on quality of service

IDGC of Centre, being a customer-oriented Company, is committed to quality customer service. In this regard, specialists of the Company use different methods of collecting information to help assess the level of customer satisfaction of the work of power engineers of IDGC of Centre.

The most important criterion for evaluating the work of specialists of IDGC of Centre - electricity consumer reviews and customers who have used the services of the Company. Please, feel free to fill in the blitz-survey, which subject will be regularly changed to cover all areas of the Company’s activity: service and information to customers, the grid connection process, services for installation, replacement and repair of meters, quality of electricity supply. It is also proposed to evaluate the quality of the Internet Reception and Call Center.
