Training of internal auditors took place in IDGC of Centre, JSC

The first stage of the course took place in Voronezh at the end of March, 2010. The second stage of training took place the last week in Tver production-and-training centre, one of three educational institutions functioning in IDGC of Centre system. The specialists of branches considered main principals and conceptions of quality management system (QMS), peculiarities of the process of audit, its program management. Much attention was paid to actions of auditors, their responsibility and competence, determination of main methods of collection and verification of audit information, peculiarities of work with documentation.

Anatoly Putyrsky, lead auditor and teacher of BSI, noted: “Our task is to deepen knowledge and skills which the specialists of QMS of IDGC of Centre already have, to teach them to work as the one team. This will allow the Company to get standardized information based on common approaches and rules, what will increase its credibility, as well as efficiency of taking of managerial decisions”.

Training of practical skills of conduct of internal audits, technologies, techniques, methods was held in structural subdivisions of the branches of IDGC of Centre, JSC — “Tverenergo”, “Voronezhenergo”. Audit groups checked functioning of the following business-processes: “Human resource management”, “Corporate culture management”, “Repairs and replacements”, “Technological connection service rendering”.

At the end of training all participants of the seminar got internationally recognized certificates of BSI Company.
