According to the results of 2025, Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region once again proved their leadership in grid connection services with a capacity of up to 15 kW. According to a rating (https://energo-news.ru/archives/198469), prepared by EnergoNews, several branches of these organizations were ranked among the best in terms of service quality. Both companies maintained their high positions for the second consecutive year.
The Ryazanenergo branch took first place in the rating. The Udmurtenergo and Nizhnovenergo branches placed second and third. The Marienergo, Belgorodenergo and Kirovenergo branches also made it into the top ten. Tulenergo, Lipetskenergo, Voronezhenergo, Bryanskenergo, Kurskenergo, Tverenergo and Tambovenergo also achieved high rankings.
The key evaluation criterion was the average duration of grid connection contracts for applicants with a capacity of up to 15 kW, as well as the trend toward reducing these deadlines compared to the previous year. Thus, the presented ranking reflects not only the actual speed of connecting consumers but also the overall effectiveness of the companies’ efforts to improve customer service.
The rating covers 63 participants operating in 74 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Its results are based on officially disclosed data from grid organizations in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
The high rankings achieved by the branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region confirm the effectiveness of their systematic efforts to increase the availability of electric grid infrastructure, reduce service delivery times, and improve grid connection processes.
