The semifinal cluster stages of the Rosseti Group’s corporate team championship for solving cases, Case-R, were held in Moscow and Saratov, where young specialists from branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region participated.
They had to propose a comprehensive technological and organizational solution to industry-specific challenges related to ensuring the energy security of electric grid facilities in accordance with a regional scenario.
Nine teams from the Volga Region cluster competed for victory in Saratov: from Rosseti Volga, Rosseti Centre and Volga region, and a branch of PJSC Rosseti — MES Centre. Following the project defense, the team “They are inspired by sunsets” (Nizhnovenergo branch) took the third place.
Teams from Rosseti Centre, a branch of PJSC Rosseti — MES Centre, and Rosseti Moscow Region competed in the Central Cluster semifinals. Following the in-person defense, the team “Impulse of Belogorya” (Belgorodenergo branch) emerged victorious and will represent the Central Cluster in the finals. The third place went to the team “Recruits” (Voronezhenergo branch).
The winners of the cluster stages will present their projects in Moscow on 11 December. By decision of the organizing committee, the teams that placed second and third are also invited to the finals as observers.
