A briefing chaired by Boris Ebzeev, General Director, was held at the Moscow office of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
Key aspects of the companies’ operations were discussed: the operational situation, the branches’ readiness for the 2025/2026 heating season, performance indicators, and key objectives of the 2026 tariff campaign.
The discussion was attended by executive office managers and branch directors of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region via videoconference.
Particular attention was paid to the results of the repair campaign and the preparation of equipment for operation in low temperatures. It was noted that all branches are completing a series of measures: backup power sources have been made ready, specialized equipment has been tested, and crews of emergency response personnel have been formed and staffed.
Furthermore, current priorities include increasing employee salaries, developing human resources, and enhancing employee motivation.
Particular attention was paid to the implementation of a benchmark costing principle for territorial grid organizations. Boris Ebzeev instructed the branch directors to promptly coordinate with authorized executive authorities in the regions where they operate, including with regard to recording technical data necessary for the phased transition to the benchmark method.
“The transition to the benchmark regulation guarantees fair equipment maintenance costs, and the phased transition will help balance the interests of the grid company and consumers, while ensuring the reliability and development of infrastructure,” Boris Ebzeev stressed.
