The Youth Day was held in Moscow at the Russian Energy Week (REW) International Forum. The event provides a unique opportunity for schoolchildren, students, and young professionals to interact with the heads of the country’s largest energy companies, ask questions to industry experts, and present their own initiatives and work results.

As part of the forum, an awards ceremony was held for the winners and runners-up of the All-Russian School Olympiad of the Rosseti Group. Over the past seven years, more than 6,600 students from 20 regions, where Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region operate, took part in the Olympiad, including 1,307 participants in 2025. 22 students won and received diplomas and commemorative gifts.
The #RossetiCentre and #RossetiCentreandVolgaregion delegation traditionally actively participates in events aimed at developing human resources and supporting youth initiatives. The companies run programs for career guidance for schoolchildren, collaboration with specialized universities, and mentoring for young professionals, reaching thousands of participants annually in the regions where they operate.
