Delegates from trade unions of all the company’s branches and the executive office participated in the IV Reporting and Election Conference of the Primary Trade Union (PTU) of Rosseti Centre.
Key achievements of the five-year period were summarized, with a noted increase in union membership to 72% and growth in average wages across all employee categories. Particular attention was paid to the development of social partnership, occupational safety, and extensive support for participants in the special military operation and their families.
Following the conference, Oleg Makarov, the current chairman of the primary trade union organization of Rosseti Centre, was re-elected for a new term.
The event participants outlined the trade union’s priority areas for the new five-year period. These included further improvement of the social dialogue system, ensuring an increase in real wages, strengthening oversight of occupational health and safety, and enhancing the legal protection of workers.
“Developing and strengthening social partnership is the key to our successful work. Employers and employees share common goals, not only of high quality and efficiency, but also of occupational safety, competitive wages, and a positive morale within the team. Achieving these goals increases the attractiveness of our profession and ensures the sustainable development of the company,” said Boris Ebzeev, General Director of Rosseti Centre.
