Hotline of power engineering specialists
General Director of Rosseti Centre Igor Makovskiy at an operational meeting discussed the work of power engineers to ensure reliable energy supply to the regions of the Central and Volga Federal Districts during the period of abnormal heat, as well as the preparation of the electric grid complex for the upcoming heating season of 2024-2025.
Specialists are actively monitoring the operational situation in the regions, responding as quickly as possible to all requests from citizens and ensuring optimal power supply schemes in the current conditions.
The implementation of activities of the Maintenance and Repair Program is under special control in the company. By the beginning of July, power engineers had completed 109% of the half-year plan: 15 thousand hectares of routes along overhead power lines had been cleared, 60 thousand insulators and 7,816 poles had been replaced, 4,649 switching devices, 4,748 transformer substations and 626 power transformers had been repaired.
“Stable and sustainable operation of the electric grid complex at any time of the year and day is our priority. Our experience, competencies and available resources allow us to efficiently and at a high level cope with our goals and provide residents of 20 regions with reliable power supply”, said Igor Makovskiy.
