Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region launched a new mobile application “Yes light!”

The new service is designed to inform consumers.

The application allows you to directly send a message about the absence of electricity to the branch operator, get feedback on the outage and the time of restoration of power supply, as well as subscribe and promptly receive notifications of all planned and emergency outages at the addresses of interest to the consumer.

You can install the application “Yes light!” with the use of the application store of your mobile device Google Play or the App Store, using the search, as well as clicking on the links or by scanning the QR code.

Please, be reminded that the company has already implemented a number of services for communication with consumers. In particular, you can get information about the lack of electricity by calling the hotline 8-800-220-0-220, in the “Report a power outage” section on the company’s official website, or by subscribing to notifications by e-mail or SMS.
