The meeting, held as part of events of the Year of the Young Specialist, was in the format of a dialogue. Issues of professional development of young specialists, their motivation, adaptation in the team and participation in social and cultural life were discussed. The importance of inter-branch communication for the exchange of experience and expansion of the advanced training program for permanent employees was noted.
In an informal setting, the chairmen of the Councils told the head of the energy enterprises about the plans for the current period and projects already implemented, and also proposed a number of initiatives to increase the share of employees up to 35 years old in the teams.
“Today we had an extremely fruitful meeting. A vector of great work was set, which we will implement together with the young specialists. Already today we are creating the broadest opportunities for the effective professional growth of young employees, the development of leadership qualities and the development of their potential. I am sure that the actions taken by all our employees will not only increase the share of young people in the teams of the Companies, but will also have a positive impact on the performance indicators,” Igor Makovskiy emphasized.
