A training seminar on the development of additional services was held on the basis of the Belgorodenergo branch. The event was attended by heads of relevant departments from twenty regions of the companies’ service area.
Opening the event, Konstantin Mikhailenko, Deputy General Director for Customer Relations and Development of Additional Services, noted that the development of this area is one of the three strategic tasks of the company. He also emphasized that the purpose of the event is to increase the efficiency of the unit in the development of external and internal communications, management and project management, the professional competencies of participants, the use of IT tools and the introduction of new business areas.
As part of the professional training, the main principles of leadership and the expansion of professional competencies, as well as the main vectors for the development of domestic business, were considered.
“The development of additional services is a relatively new direction in the work of our company. However, we have already achieved significant results. A further increase in the pace of business diversification and the volume of non-tariff revenue is directly related to the acquisition of new knowledge, an increase in the level of administration and the quality of teamwork. Such events contribute to the achievement of these goals,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.
