Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, held an operational meeting to discuss the tasks for 2023 in terms of developing the Quality Management System implemented in the Company.
The goal of quality management development is the organization of systematic work and stable functioning of the company as a system of interrelated and controlled business processes. To this end, Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region launched the implementation of a domestic information system for describing, optimizing and regulating enterprise processes in 2023.
“Our company, as one of the leaders in the Russian power grid complex, consistently works to improve the quality of services provided, which is inextricably linked with the development of the quality management system. Moreover, modern challenges related to the import substitution of corporate information systems cannot be overcome without the formation of transparent models of business processes,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
