Igor Makovskiy: Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region received the highest score for readiness to work in the heating season 2022/2023

15 November 2022 General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, as part of the operational meeting, announced that, according to the assessment of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Companies were assigned the highest readiness score for the 2022/23 heating season.

Certificates issued to all branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region in accordance with the order of the Russian Ministry of Energy confirm that the production programs for preparing for the period of maximum loads were implemented by the Companies in full. A total of 5,228 events were completed. 2,621 crews, including 9,587 people and 4,380 specialized vehicles, as well as 160 mobile crews equipped with 499 vehicles, are ready for emergency recovery work for prompt response. The supply of electricity in the event of a power outage for socially significant facilities will be provided by 2,252 backup power sources with a total capacity of 83 MW.

At the meeting, the head of the energy companies personally handed over the readiness certificates to the heads of the Kalugaenergo, Ivenergo, Vladimirenergo, Tverenergo and Yarenergo branches. On the ground, the Certificate were handed over to the heads of the branches by Deputies General Director and representatives of the Executive Office of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.

“The received Certificate of Readiness means that the company’s professional, responsible, and highly experienced team is ready to meet the winter and ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the period of low temperatures in 20 regions of Russia in any weather conditions,” stressed Igor Makovskiy.
