General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC held an operational meeting, one of the topics of which was the development of technologies for automating business processes, improving energy efficiency, and ultimately achieving the strategic goal of reducing electricity losses. It was noted that in this process it is necessary to implement innovative digital tools of domestic development.
One of the means of reducing commercial losses is the software and hardware complex “Mobile Controller” implemented in the Companies. With its help, the work on taking control readings and conducting instrumental checks is automated. Thus, already today 70% of all work with metering devices has a digital footprint.
In turn, in order to reduce technical losses in the electric grid complex of the Companies, an agreement was signed with the Avtopribor Research and Production Complex to implement the technology of energy-efficient transformers with an amorphous steel core. Their application today is one of the most promising ways to achieve this goal.
“The current level of technology development allows us to significantly reduce electric energy costs, as well as optimize the control system for this process. The performance of our main task, which is to provide high-quality and reliable power supply to consumers, directly depends on the effectiveness of such activities,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
