Igor Makovskiy and Tatyana Diesperova signed an agreement on development of energy-efficient domestic technologies

12 October 2022 As part of events of the Russian Energy Week-2022, an agreement was signed on cooperation for development of energy-efficient domestic technologies between Rosseti Centre, PJSC and NPK AVTOPRIBOR. The document was signed by General Directors of the enterprises - Igor Makovskiy and Tatyana Diesperova.

An example of such technologies are medium voltage power transformers with an amorphous steel core. 18 such transformers have undergone pilot operation at power grid facilities of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region for one and a half year, and now the innovative equipment is ready for serial deliveries. Thanks to the use of special steel and triangular spatial configuration, it was possible to reduce idling losses by more than 70%. The use of such transformers today is one of the most promising ways to reduce technical losses.

“For NPK AVTOPRIBOR, the signing of an agreement with Rosseti Centre is an important step towards developing cooperation with one of the largest companies in the electric power industry. The implementation of such joint projects creates the conditions for accelerating the serial production of innovative Russian equipment, which already has a proven track record of application and allows solving real problems in the energy sector,” said Tatyana Diesperova.

“We are actively implementing energy-efficient equipment and applying innovative technologies to reduce losses in grids. This allows us to solve our main task of providing high-quality and reliable power supply to consumers in 20 regions of Russia,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
