For three days, from 12 July to 14 July, the Izhevsk Training Centre “Energetik” became a platform for a large-scale seminar-meeting for 70 heads of training centres of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
The choice of the venue for the meeting is not accidental. The private educational institution of further vocational education “Izhevsk Training Centre “Energetik”, on the basis of which the event was held, in terms of the implementation of key indicators for 2021, occupies a leading position among the educational institutions of the company.
Representatives of the training centres exchanged experience with modern techniques of professional training, took part in a methodological conference and discussion on the topic “The role of a modern leader in the successful development of the organization of further education”. The participants of the seminar-meeting visited operating facilities of the Udmurtenergo branch, whose personnel apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the Training Centre in practice.
“The meeting held is part of the systematic work aimed at increasing and improving the professional knowledge and skills of the staff. The high level of training and retraining of personnel in corporate training centres is daily tested and confirmed in practice - in the process of operational work of power engineers,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
