Igor Makovskiy: specialists from Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region have processed about a million customer requests since the beginning of the year

Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region summed up the results of work with consumers in the first half of the year. During this period, specialists of the unit of interaction with customers of the companies received 939 thousand calls from consumers, including 819.6 thousand requests from them - remotely.

Please, be reminded that since the beginning of April, in accordance with the order of Director General of the Rosseti company Pavel Livinskiy, to reduce the risks of the spread of a new coronavirus infection, all customer service centres of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region have switched to online work.

150.9 thousand calls were related to the grid connection service, 69.8 thousand requests were linked to provision of additional services.

The proceeds of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region from the additional services for 6 months amounted to 1,222.7 million rubles, which exceeds the plan by 192.4 million rubles.

“The development and promotion of additional services is one of our priorities for the near future. This year, Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region have launched a five-year target program, which involves the optimization of these processes, as well as a significant increase in the number of services offered. For us, as a socially responsible company, it is important to ensure the maximum availability of our services to consumers, prompt response to all their requests, high quality of their performance,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.
